Martina is a principal in Fish & Richardson’s Delaware office. Her practice focuses on intellectual property litigation and covers a wide range of technologies. Martina has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical field, including Hatch-Waxman litigation, as well as chemical and software cases. Martina’s experience covers all aspects of pre-litigation diligence and litigation, including case assessment, electronic document collection and production, managing teams handling fact and expert discovery, settlement strategy, and trial work. She offers a diverse perspective to clients on litigation impact on business as well as implications of post-grant proceedings. Celia received her Ph.D. in Biochemistry from the University of Washington studying energy metabolism in ocular tissues. She joined Promega in early 2022 and is focused on advancing strategies for targeted protein degradation including developing tool compounds for studying membrane protein degradation as well as approaches to identify new E3 ligases capable of degrading various target proteins.

Julie Cartwright is the President of Pvolve, a science-led fitness method that pairs low-impact, functional movement and patented resistance equipment to sculpt the body without the wear and tear of high-impact exercise. Through its hybrid fitness model, Pvolve can be experienced globally on-demand through live and virtual classes, and in both brand-owned and growing franchise studio locations.
Julie joined as President at Pvolve’s founding and has led the brand’s expanding footprint within the fitness space, growing the business from a small startup to a global female-led fitness authority, complete with live virtual classes, expansive on-demand programming, patented equipment, and a growing number of studio locations.
As President, Julie is responsible for spearheading Pvolve’s overall vision and growth strategy while achieving financial objectives and setting investment priorities for the business.
